Hotel Booking and airport transfer are included in your conference registration fee. Please, do not make your own hotel booking. Your hotel information will be provided to you when your arrival travel is confirmed.
All conference registration fees are to be paid in cash (ideally, in USD) when you arrive in Kathmandu. However, your confirmed registration is a commitment to your booking and conference costs. Seats are limited!
Please note, you are responsible for your own transportation to and inside Kathmandu, apart from any all-Congress activities, as well as any tourist packages or activities you may choose to undertake in Nepal.
